Our journey kicked off when a friend invited me to see his hydroponic setup. Kryzen Biotech Pvt. Ltd. visited our site, tested water, and mapped the layout to fit an existing borewell. Their NFT flat beds drain evenly and the channels are easy to sanitize. The Alpha platform shows EC and pH logs, which helped us stop tip burn in week two. We did face a two-day transport delay for a dosing pump, but they updated the schedule and finished commissioning without cutting corners. After harvest three, we’re shipping crisp heads to Pune hotels and planning a small A-Frame corner for basil next season.
