We faced a short power outage phase and learned to manage backup pumps—Kryzen’s team advised on a generator sizing. The fertigation unit needed a calibration tweak in week three, which the engineer corrected. We had compared quotes with Kamala Farms; pricing was close, but Kryzen’s agronomy calls during flowering made a difference. Rating 4 because the initial calibration could have been pre-checked.
