I run a salad subscription and needed consistent supply. Kryzen Biotech Pvt. Ltd. installed A-frames to maximize output. They provided a crop calendar and taught my helper to calibrate EC pens. A clamp for one channel was missing initially; it was sent the next day. The Alpha platform’s logbook helps track sowing to harvest exactly. I met Urban Kisaan earlier, but Kryzen’s hands-on training day made me confident. Freshness improved and wastage dropped, which matters most for me.
