I run a small distribution to hostels. Kryzen’s site team finished installation on schedule except for a one-day rain delay. Training was simple, with emphasis on pH checks. We had to tweak return flow to the sump to reduce splashing; they guided us on phone. Alpha helps with batch-wise tracking and wastage. Keisha Greens was helpful on calls, but Kryzen’s local service was the deciding factor.
