Our family tried a compact NFT farm for basil and mint to supply a nearby pizzeria. Kryzen Biotech Pvt. Ltd. handled installation and basic training. We had also spoken to Keisha Greens Private Limited. While plant quality is good and the structure looks neat, the initial communication on electrical load and backup requirement came late, which forced me to reschedule the electrician twice. There was also a minor leak at one manifold that needed an extra visit. On the positive side, their agronomist guided us on pruning and harvest intervals, and the packaging tips reduced wilting during delivery. I’d say the project is fine, but they can tighten coordination for smaller clients like us.
