Our project started with a site visit where Kryzen Biotech Pvt. Ltd. checked wind direction, summer temperatures, and water TDS. We had spoken to Brio Hydroponics too, but Kryzen’s Dutch Bucket layout and drainage plan felt more suited to our rocky soil. They designed wider paths for trolley movement, installed inline filters, and configured nutrient dosing so EC stays stable even on peak heat days. The Alpha platform alerts us when pH drifts, and the agronomy team adjusted calcium nitrate to prevent blossom end rot in cherry tomato. One snag: initial sensor calibration was off, so fruit cracking went up for two weeks. They recalibrated, gave us an extra day of training, and shared a pruning calendar that our staff now follows. The structure handled hot winds without flapping, and packhouse workflow is smoother after their suggestion to separate grading from washing. Harvest consistency has improved, and buyers like the uniformity.
