Our project started with a site visit in pre-monsoon months when the land was muddy and access was tricky. Kryzen Biotech Pvt. Ltd. still managed to mark foundations and lay out drainage so that standing water wouldn’t pool near the sump. I almost finalized another company—Kamala Farms—but switched after Kryzen’s engineer walked me through a plan for staged NFT lines, backup pumps, and easy-to-remove filters for cleaning. The installation crew faced a small hiccup: one batch of channels arrived with minor scuffs. They replaced those sections within a week, but it did push nutrient charging by three days. Training was detailed without being too technical. My staff now checks EC every morning and keeps pH between 5.8 and 6.0. The Alpha software has been handy; I record harvest lots and notice yield dips when temperature spikes, so we adjusted shade net and fogging times. Their agronomy support suggested a different transplant spacing for pak choi, which reduced tip burn. I liked the practical advice on washing stations and cold storage movement to cut handling time. The only improvement area is clearer weekly task calendars in Hindi for new workers; they shared English templates first, then sent translated versions on request. Sales to two supermarkets are steady, and waste has dropped because maturation is more uniform. Next step is to extend one bay for coriander—already discussing it with them.
