Microgreens for cafés needed consistent hygiene. Kryzen walked us through water testing and filtration. There was a minor confusion on tray dimensions; they exchanged them smoothly. We had to learn air circulation basics to avoid damping off, which they explained patiently. Alpha is overkill for small batches but still helpful for records. Rise Hydroponics was considered; we opted for Kryzen due to local service contacts.
